Follow the steps below to get your StraitsX Indonesia account verified:

Step 1: Fill in your personal details

Opening a StraitsX Personal Account in Indonesia is simple and fast. Simply fill in your personal details from your KTP. Please sure that your details are correct.

Step 2: Upload a picture of your KTP

Take a picture of your KTP. Ensure that you upload it in the correct format. The picture should be clearly captured with your personal details and all four corners visible.

Step 3: Upload a selfie holding your KTP

Take a selfie holding your KTP. When taking your selfie, please ensure that you:

• Hold your KTP with a piece of paper that says “For StraitsX Verification" with your handwriting
• Write down the submission date of when you submit your selfie and verification form
• Take a selfie with your face clearly shown and not covered by the paper or KTP
• Capture your KTP clearly enough for us to be able to read the information shown
• Upload your selfie in full colour, and in the correct format

We will then process your StraitsX Indonesia Personal Account verification. This will take around two to three business days.
