Preferential Swap Rates for Accredited Investors

StraitsX will be introducing preferential swap rates this month, exclusively for Personal users verified as Accredited Investors (AI) in Singapore.

This initiative is intended for users actively managing SGD and USD-denominated stablecoin liquidity, enabling more efficient pricing when executing swaps directly within the StraitsX dashboard.

What this enables

• Improved pricing on eligible swap transactions
• Seamless execution across supported SGD and USD stablecoin pairs
• A single interface to manage fiat and on-chain liquidity

Who qualifies as an Accredited Investor?

An individual typically qualifies as an Accredited Investor if they meet at least one of the following requirements set by the Monetary Authority of Singapore:

• Net personal assets exceeding SGD 2 million (or its equivalent in a foreign currency), of which the net value of the primary place of residence can only contribute up to SGD 1 million; or
• Net financial assets exceeding SGD 1 million (or its equivalent in foreign currency); or
• Income exceeding SGD 300,000 in the preceding 12 months (or its equivalent in foreign currency)

How to access preferential swap rates

Users who meet the criteria can declare their AI status and complete the necessary onboarding and compliance checks.
