Log in to your StraitsX dashboard using your registered email and click "Verify Now".
International Users & FIN Holders Without Singpass
If you’re based outside Singapore, or you’re a FIN holder in Singapore without Singpass access, getting verified is quick and easy. The whole process takes less than 10 minutes.
1. Select country of residence and click Next.
2. Choose "Passport" as your verification method.
3. You’ll be directed to Jumio’s secure interface to complete the verification process:
4. Select your country of citizenship and upload your passport (via webcam, mobile device, or file upload).
5. Complete a face verification scan, ensuring your face is aligned in the on-screen oval.
6. Proceed to complete a brief declaration form.
7. To verify your address, please upload an official document dated within the last 3 months that includes your full name and residential address (e.g., utility or telco bill, bank statement). Documents in languages other than English must be translated and notarized.
- A proof of address is an official document, such as a utility bill, bank statement, lease agreement, or government-issued letter, that verifies your current residential address.
8. Submit your verification. Processing typically takes 1 working day, but may take up to 5 working days during peak periods.
